Pallet stretch wrap

Stretch pallet is a type of adhesive and elastic nylon that can be used in many industries to package a variety of goods. Stretch nylon can be used both manually and mechanically using fully automatic machines, depending on the weight and volume of the desired parts.

Application of stretch pallets

Nylon stretch pallets are used for wrapping and packaging all kinds of food, beverages, health, pharmaceutical, industrial, household appliances, etc. Using this product creates a protective cover around the goods and protects them from impact and environmental pollution. Among the applications of nylon stretch pallets are: wrapping furniture, fabric balls, wallpaper and parquet and laminate, wooden and polyester frames, toys, paper rolls, car spare parts, computers and accessories, pipes and hoses, aluminum plates, P.V.C. dry sheets and galvanized sheets, construction equipment including building materials, building sanitary ware, etc.

Stretch pallet production

Types of nylon stretch pallets are often used in transparent or opaque forms, but can also be produced in color if the customer needs it. This product does not have the ability to be printed, which is because it stretches and changes shape when wrapped around the product. Therefore, it is not possible to print any designs, images, logos, or writing on it.

This type of nylon can be produced in thicknesses of 10 to 50 microns, however, customers usually order a thickness of 24 microns. Obviously, the greater the thickness, the greater the strength and elasticity of the nylon. On average, every 1 meter of stretch nylon should be able to stretch up to 10 meters.

Quality stretch nylon

The greater the elasticity, adhesion, and transparency of the Stretch wrapping, the higher its quality. In general, the quality of this product depends on two important factors:

1. Using up-to-date and modern industrial devices and machinery that allow the production of samples with less thickness, more layers, and greater adhesion.
2. High-quality raw materials that prevent nylon from puncturing and tearing due to moderate stretching

Customization of nylon stretch pallet

Nylon stretch pallets can be customized in terms of dimensions, color, and the addition of various compounds. Among the compounds that can be added to it are UV and Anti Static additives. The UV additive, or anti-ultraviolet radiation additive, increases the durability and resistance of this product, and the Anti Static additive, or anti-static additive, prevents dust from being absorbed.
