The produced sheeting films are finally placed in the sheeting pack machine for packaging. Sharing Pack devices are available in two types: tunnel and cabin:
Tunnel shearing device: This device is mostly used for large and heavy products and it is usually used in large factories and productions to pack multiple products.
The nylons that are wrapped around the box of mineral water and soft drinks are done with the help of a tunnel shearing machine.
The Sharing Pack Tunnel device is such that when the product or a number of products (for example, 6 mineral waters) pass through, the plastic is first stretched over it. Then, using gentle heat that can be radiated by a heater or hot water steam, the product is sherryed.
There are two types of automatic and semi-automatic tunnel sharing pack. The way of working and the method of shirring is the same in both types of devices. The only difference in how they work is the need for the help of an operator when placing the product in the semi-automatic machine.
Cabin shearing machine: due to its small size compared to the tunnel shearing machine, this machine is mostly used in small businesses, confectioneries, stores, publishing houses, bookstores and in general any business that needs sealing and sealing. Compact packaging of products is used.
This type of shearing machine is especially used in restaurants and food preparation. You must have seen that usually the ordered food dish along with its side dishes such as bread, yogurt, vegetables, etc. is delivered to you in a pack wrapped in a special nylon.
This plastic cover is the same nylon sheeting that is packed by the cabinet sheeting machine. The same thing can be done with the help of a cellophane machine, but the possibility of tearing the cellophane is high. Therefore, they pack and seal the product with a stronger nylon with the help of the Kabani Shering Pack machine.
Since packaging is the first item to attract the audience to the product, the importance of this issue has doubled for the industries and each one tries to show their product better and surpass their competitors.
One of the best materials for packaging manufactured products is thermal nylon or nylon shearing.
Nylon shearing is a relatively new product in the field of product packaging, which has been widely used in various industries in recent years. Over time, the expansion of the consumption of this product prompted the manufacturers to introduce more advanced devices and machines to supply a higher quality product. In the following, we are going to learn more about nylon shearing and the equipment related to its production.
Features of Sharing Pack
The transparent plastic covers used to pack goods with the Shring Pack machine are called Nylon Shring.
After covering and packaging the product, these nylons are vacuumed with heat and protect it. Depending on the size of the product to be packed, a piece of this transparent layer is wrapped around it, and when the product passes through the heat tunnel of the device, it contracts at a temperature of 160 to 220 degrees Celsius and sticks to the product.
This plastic cover is then hardened by the cooling device at the end of the tunnel and wraps around the product.
The best nylon shearing production machine
The ABC three-layer nylon production machine can be considered the best machine for producing nylon shearing. This machine can produce films with excellent shrinkability and excellent quality in thicknesses of 70 to 110 microns by weaving together nylon thread and weft. Some of the other advantages of using this device can be mentioned:
Cheaper materials can be used in the middle layer, which does not harm the quality of the product.
The production volume of this device is more than single layer, which reduces the production cost.
The film produced with this machine is more resistant than the product produced with a single-layer machine.
How the nylon shearing machine works
In general, the nylon shearing machine performs the production process of this nylon in three stages, including material melting, cooling, and rolling, which we will discuss in detail below:
Melting of materials: To produce this type of nylon, after preparing the required raw materials, these materials are poured into a spiral cylinder. These materials are subjected to pressure and heat according to their special production order and become a paste. In this step, the solid raw materials are melted, mixed together, and the pores between them disappear. This stage is called extruding, which means opening or removing holes and pores.
Cooling: After the molten materials are well mixed and reach ideal conditions, they are removed from the cylinder. Then they are spread by a machine and turned into nylon with cooling equipment. By cooling and solidifying the melted materials, single-layer and multi-layer nylon shearing is prepared.
Rolling: The cooled nylons in the previous step are cut and made into Shirink roll. The dimensions of these rolls are different and they are produced and packed from 6 cm to 120 cm.
Production of all kinds of film sharing
Although all sheeting films are the same in terms of heatability and shrinkability, but in terms of raw materials, they can be produced in three different types.
Therefore, based on the raw material, sheeting films can be divided into three types of nylon sheeting PVC (polyvinyl chloride), nylon sheeting POF (polyolefin) and nylon sheeting PE (polyethylene).
PVC sheeting: despite being thin and dry, this nylon has been welcomed by its audience due to its high printability. This coating is used for small packaging such as electronic components and is also used as a label around shampoo bottles, sauce cans, cosmetics and hygiene items, bottle cap sheaths, etc.
POF sheeting: This type of sheeting film is basically an advanced type of PVC that does not have a dry material but is softer and more flexible. Food, toys, stationery, books, sports goods, cards, etc. can be packed with this plastic.
PE Sheeting: The mentioned films are not suitable for packing together several materials due to their brittle nature and low thickness after shrinking. Therefore, PE film, which has a high thickness, is used for overall packaging and packing items together. The best example for this type of Packing 6 packs of mineral water.
