Description of nylon production line machine

To produce polyethylene films of nylon or nylex type, first, the granular material of polyethylene enters the cylinder from the hopper of the machine. Inside the cylinder, the material heats up and melts. This molten material is pushed forward by the die and enters the mold at the end of the cylinder. When the material is removed from the mold, it is cooled by the wind blowing from the hoses around the machine and becomes semi-solid. The thickness and width of the film has a direct relationship with the wind blowing. The higher the speed and intensity of the wind, the greater the diameter and width of the film, and the lower the speed, the smaller the diameter and width of the film.

The nylon and nylex production machine is a tool for the production of nylon and nylex polyethylene films. In general, the task of this machine is to convert granule into film or nylon or nylon tape in different widths and number of layers and roll it.In the following, we will introduce each of the devices.
Nylex production machine: This machine is capable of producing Nylex films up to 90 cm wide, which is the maximum size used for Nylex products. At the beginning, the production of Nylex was done using Iranian machines, which were gradually collected from the factories due to the lack of good quality. Although the Taiwanese devices were of good quality, they were never welcomed by the manufacturers due to the high price. It was at this time that Chinese machines were able to take over the country’s market with high quality and reasonable prices. Besides all their advantages, these devices had only one cylinder and mardon and produced single-layer films. In addition, the presence of a funnel in them made it impossible to add impurities to the device. As a result, due to the use of first-class raw materials and no impurities, the final product reaches the end consumer with excellent quality and at the same time high price.

Nylex production machine

Later, Chinese ABA devices entered the market, which enabled the production of double-layer films by having two cylinders and Mardon. Unlike the original devices, these devices have two funnels that allow the addition of carbonated materials. Product production with ABA machines increases the production volume and reduces the cost of nylon production and always improves the quality of nylon. In general, the advantages of the two-layer device compared to the single-layer device are as follows:

  • In the lower layer, cheaper raw materials can be used if there is no damage to the quality of the product.

Nylon production machine: in the production of nylon films such as nylon films, Chinese machines are used more. Of course, in some nylon factories, Taiwanese, German and Italian machines are also seen, which are very few in number due to the high price. Chinese machines are capable of producing single-layer films up to a width of only 90 cm. Some of these devices are equipped with a rotating mold system. The advantage of nylon rotating mold machine compared to conventional types is the production of rolls with a completely smooth, uniform and one-handed surface. In fact, the circulation of the mold in this model of devices led to spreading the difference in thickness on the final roll of nylon, and finally, rolls without protrusions and depressions were formed.

After single-layer devices, ABA or double-layer devices were also found in nylon factories. Apart from all the advantages that we mentioned before about these devices, they can make the weave of the nylon thread stronger and its strength by mixing the carbonate molecules together.But in recent years, three-layer nylon production machines, known as ABC machines, have flourished in the Iranian market. The ABC machine has three cylinders and Mardon, which also has three paths for the output of the product, so it is faster than the ABA production machine and produces more product in less time. Other advantages of ABC devices include increasing production volume, reducing production time, reducing production costs, high product quality, and producing films up to 180 cm wide. The ABC machine is also the best machine for the production of nylon coils, which can produce a product with excellent coilability and excellent quality. Of course, along with all the advantages, it should also be kept in mind that due to the different and up-to-date technology, the price of this device is more expensive than other devices.

Nylon sewing machine

More than 80% of the produced polyethylene films enter the sewing stage to become usable bags. For this purpose, after the production of nylon rolls is finished, they convert the produced rolls into different products using machines called nylon and nylon sewing machines. In fact, the job of this machine is to sew or glue the film and turn it into a bag. Films are placed in this machine in the form of rolls, and then nylon and nylex stitching is done in three ways: bottom stitching, side stitching, and three side stitching:

This sewing model is for the production of supermarket bags and stiletto handles. In this method, nylon film is first produced in the form of an intestine, and then it is sewn from the bottom and the handle is added to it from the top. In the field of understitching, high-quality Iranian machines are available in the market and there is no need to import from other countries.

In this method, the desired nylon arms are connected to each other by heat. Promotional and industrial nylons such as category nylons, banana handles and reinforcement handles are sewn in this way. Some sewing machines only do nylon sewing, but others also add handles to the desired product. European, Turkish, and Taiwanese machines perform very well in the underarm sewing model, but of course, due to the high price, they are not very practical in our country, and Chinese machines are used instead. These machines are able to sew nylon films up to 70-75 cm wide.

– Three sides sewing

The three-sided sewing machine has entered the market of our country for several years, and few manufacturers use it due to the high costs. This machine is for the production of packaging envelopes. As it is clear from its name, in this type of envelope, stitching is done on three sides, and only the upper part, which is the lid of the envelope, is not stitched.

Repairs and maintenance of nylon and nylon devices

With the breakdown of a part of the device, the entire production line in your factory or workshop will be out of order, and apart from the heavy cost of repairs, you will suffer damage due to the stoppage of your production line. Meanwhile, with basic maintenance, nylon and nylon production devices can be used for at least 10 years without any problems. Therefore, it is necessary to significantly control the possibility of device failure with regular service. For this purpose, a series of points should be considered:

  • The current should be proportional to the voltage required by the device.
  • Low-quality raw materials cause corrosion of the blade and decrease the quality of the device.
  • Car cleaning is recommended at the end of each shift.
  • The oil of the machine should be changed for the first time after 2000 hours of operation and after that every 7000 hours.
  • The basic principles of maintenance, including greasing, cleaning, changing filters, controlling oil level, temperature and quality, ensuring that there is no unusual noise, no oiling, etc., must be observed.
