How the bubble nylon production machine works

In the production of bubble nylon, first the raw materials are mixed together by a mixer, and then the combined materials are transferred to the funnel of the machine and through the funnel to the Mardon cylinder. After entering the Mardon cylinder, the materials are heated by the elements and become molten and are guided into the die by the rotation of the Mardon. The function of the die in film production is to receive the melted material from the spiral and transfer it to the exit of the die. After leaving the die, two sheets of film are formed, each of which falls separately on the rollers. One of these films goes to the bubbler roller. The bubble roller is a metal cylinder with a perforated surface. These holes pull the nylon inwards with air suction and create air chambers with certain intervals on the surface of the nylon, which are called bubbles. After the bubble sheet is formed, it enters another roller so that the other film layer, which is plain and without bubbles, is placed on it. These two layers are pressed against each other by a silicone roller that acts hydraulically, and thus the bubble nylon film is made. This film is then sent to the cooling cylinder and then to the rolling roller. Finally, the bubble nylon is cut into the required dimensions, rolled and sent to distribution centers after checking and approval.
