The production process of disposable plastic tablecloths

The production process of disposable plastic tablecloth is done in several stages, which we have presented step by step below:

1. In the first step, the raw materials enter the mixer and are mixed together. Then the mixed materials are transferred to the hopper of the production machine and melted.
2. In the second stage, the molten material moves forward by the Mardon and exits the machine in the form of a bubble. The produced bubble moves to the device tower up to a height of approximately 4 meters and then returns to the bottom in the form of an arch.

Types of disposable tablecloths

Disposable tablecloths are generally produced in three types: carbonated (nylexi), transparent (nylon and cellophane) and paper, which differ slightly in terms of raw materials and production methods:

Nylexi disposable tablecloth: In the production of Nylexi tablecloth, the raw materials of Nylex are combined together with calcium carbonate, and after the combination, it is transferred to the hopper part of the machine, where it becomes a raw tablecloth roll.

Due to the presence of carbonate, Nylexi tablecloth has more resistance and strength than nylon types and is more shiny.

Disposable nylon and cellophane tablecloths: We described the production process of nylon tablecloths in the previous section.But the point that is discussed in these tablecloths is that the cellophane tablecloth is more shiny than the nylon tablecloth and they are also different in terms of price.

Disposable paper tablecloth: The production process of paper tablecloth is completely different from other tablecloths. In the production of paper tablecloths, the roll of paper is first closed on the machine and after passing through the machine, nylon is poured on the paper in a molten form.
